Then, your personal brand and sales strategy will connect everything together for your audience to begin the like, know, and trust buying process. A business's basics and foundations are required at every income level as you grow.
Have 100% Clarity Around Your Offer
If I had to start my business all over again and I was trying to hit my first 5k month, I would get crystal clear on the problem I solve, who my client is, what my offers and pricing are, and what my business model looks like. If you don't have clarity on what you are doing within your business, then how can you expect your audience to know what you do and then buy from you? The stronger your clarity is, you'll be able to position yourself as an expert to your audience and actually believe it. Have A Solid Pricing Structure & Business Model In Place
If you don’t have a solid pricing structure or business model to support your roadmap to 5, 10, 20, or 50k months as an Entrepreneur, it will be challenging for that to become a reality. Getting to your first 5k month with five clients, all priced at a thousand dollars each, is the easy part. But to scale that to high-income months, you need to have a pricing structure and business model in place to support a higher capacity of clients. Figure out how much you want to work and your billable hours, create your CEO schedule and work out what your routine will look like week to week to support the number of clients it would take to hit your income goal.
Create Scalable Offers
In order to be able to scale your income, you need to have scaleable offers. So many people build businesses that still leave them feeling like they are in a nine-to-five job because of their lack of sustainable and scalable offers. When I start working with a new mentorship client, I always look at their sales funnel. If you don’t have a sales funnel, look at the gaps your current offers may have and do an audit to see if they are actually set up for scalability. Once you are ready to scale your offers, start by elevating your prices and expanding your offer suite so that you can serve clients more at different levels.

Always show up as your best self for your clients, whatever it takes! When your clients love working with you and want to keep coming back for more, this will help you build more social proof and even referrals. Social proof and testimonials sell!
