When You've Plateaued





I was plateaued at 30-50K months for a long time…. (And I mean a LONG time, like a year!)

Sure, there’d be some 60-70K in there, but never consistently. It’s not like 30-50K months are a bad place to be

(definitely not something to be mad about lol) 😍😍😍💃💃💃💃 But... I wanted more. Which is not a bad thing, btw.

To want to grow more, expand more, impact more, earn more... There was A LOT of clean up that I had to do before I could have $100,000+ months. I had to adjust, refine, clean, go inwards, move through fears… Here’s what I want to say: contrary to popular belief - there’s a lot more to an income leap than just deciding it’s going to happen. 🫣

  • It’s strategy.

  • Its boundaries.

  • It's pricing.

  • It’s mindset.

  • It’s not being afraid to leave people behind.

  • It's offer REFINEMENT (not always new offers).

  • It’s backend clean up.

  • It’s leadership.

  • It’s not allowing your energy to leak.

  • It’s attracting a higher caliber of client, but calibrating to that higher level and standard for yourself first.

  • It’s about hiring the mentor who is playing the biggest game. - because you’re not crazy. And you CAN move fast if you choose.

  • It’s about making moves with people that activate and hold space for THAT level you.

  • Those who you can surround yourself with to bring out your courage and leadership even more.

  • Those who challenge you to rise. It’s about embodying a higher level and to NOT RETRACT in your growth.


When I did those things (strategically on the operations side and energetically with the investments that called me to rise) I LEAPED. We have not had a month under 100,000 since April… and I’m STILL working on all of the above, at new levels.



1. YOU LACK BOUNDARIES...

Maybe you fear implementing them. Maybe you don't know how to properly communicate them. Maybe you say you ''have them'' but overstep them anyways. Maybe you don't even know what you need to clean up to scale.

2. You've outgrown your current ICA, YET you're scared to shift your messaging/OFFERS ...

You know you're ready to support a much higher level client. You're BORED with the questions being asked on your calls/DMS, you're literally frustrated and beginning to resent your current clients, prices, and conversations.

First off - this is normal, it's OK and CONGRATS you're growing. But your fear of ''leaving people behind'' is causing your own business and life to plateau. OWN the fact that you CAN now support new levels of clients.

3. YOUR PRICING HAS NOT CHANGED IN 6 MONTHS+ [OR IT'S CHANGED VERY LITTLE] ...

Not always a ''bad'' thing... but as you continue to grow, invest more into yourself and business, your client results are skyrocketing, you CAN raise your prices. The RIGHT clients will happily pay you. ​​​​​​​

4. YOU'RE STILL OFFERING CRAZY EXTENDED PAYMENT PLANS...

I LOVE a good payment plan don't get me wrong, BUT ya can't scale a business if you're capped and your clients are paying like $500/month. I GET IT, OK?? What kept me plateaued for a LONG time was fearing that if I did not offer an ''extended'' one people wouldn't join. Jokes on me... cause now we're doing $140,000 cash months.

5. YOU NEED TO REFINE YOUR OFFERS...

PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD... It's not about launching the ''next best thing.'' START with your offer refinement. We focused heavily here this year, and my 2 signature offers DOUBLED in revenue, capacity, and I have more white space on my calendar... all while having BETTER client results, and attracting higher level clients. ​​​​​​​

6. YOU NEED TO STOP ''HOLDING THE ENERGY'' AND CHANGE YOUR MF STRATEGY...

It's one thing to know when to hold your energy... it's another to know when you need to shift your strategy. If you are STILL at the same income plateau you have been for months, and you DESIRE to go bigger, we need to refine.

7. YOU NEED TO STOP PLAYING A SHORT TERM GAME AND FOCUS ON LONG TERM GROWTH...

Stop focusing on just the ''next' sale. IDK about you, but I'm focused on the next 100 sales. I'm focused on building for the long term, meaning I make DECISIONS for the long term. I LIKE cash injections - but I LOVE sustainability in my 100K+ Months

8. YOU NEED TO STOP PLAYING A SMALL GAME.

I WILL NOT [and I repeat] NOT hire a mentor/coach who is playing small, so why are you? Why should your clients hire you if behind the scenes you're not embodying the type of client you desire to attract?

Go reach out to the mentor who inspires you, who has what YOU want and HIRE them. What's your next big and expansive move? Go do it.

Dare to be too much. Dare to make it “easy” Dare to invest big and go after your dreams Dare to make millionaire moves. You will THANK yourself.🎉
