How I Scaled a Million Dollar Coaching Business




When I started my business in 2019, I had no idea what I was getting into!


In 2019, I was listening to podcasts on ''how to sign clients'' ''how to build a brand''... consuming all of the information I could


and today in 2022, I run a million dollar company that does over 6 FIGURES in CASH every single month.


Getting here was not easy.


Getting here was a journey of true grit, residency, and personal development.


It's crazy to me that we are literally living in a world where you can build a 6, multi 6, million dollar business doing what you love, and making mountains of impact on people online.


But not everyone will.


Not everyone will do what it takes. Invest BIG into mentorship, put themselves out there, do the hard work... do everything it takes.

But if you decide to go after it, and you make the big moves to make it happen then you have the opportunity to dream big, go all in, change your world and the world of others around you.


It’s about deciding, committing and choosing this is possible for you. Everyday letting your message shine through.


That one post that you’re thinking of not posting could be exactly what a soulmate client needs to hear, that one offer you don’t think will sell could be your biggest launch ever.


That one investment that you’re ‘’not ready for’’ could be the exact thing you need to do to feel - ready - powerful - excited - and activated and make more impact + income than you ever knew possible


Don’t regret tomorrow that you didn’t move + start today. You’re so much closer to it all than you even know. Choose to go after it. It’s all going to work out for you.


Here are the KEY things that I did to help me scale a million dollar company:




HAVE COURAGE.

The courage to take action even when I was scared/didn't know it would work. Showing up daily. The courage to put myself out there. The courage to navigate the hard times, and overcome them. The courage to tell FEAR to take a back seat. The courage to keep going even on the hard days. The courage to invest big and trust myself.


CREATE OFFERS THAT SOLVE PROBLEMS

Creating offers that solve problems for my ideal clients. Making sure I was providing TOP NOTCH service to keep clients coming back, to build a brand reputation, to drive results for my community.

This built trust. This allowed me to raise prices.



HAVE A STRATEGY TO LAUNCH MY OFFERS

Launching is an art. Being able to understand how my community buys, using marketing and sales strategies to help my ideal client make purchasing decisions was KEY. Launching offers with touchpoint access to build trust [off the back of a free class for example], having a launch content strategy for visibility. Making it EASY for my ideal clients to purchase from me.



SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT THAT CONVERTS

Being able to carefully and strategically craft converting messages for my offers so my community can make an empowered decision to join. This supports building a brand, creating trust, and building a loyal and engaged community.



INVESTING INTO MENTORSHIP WITH THOSE 10 STEPS AHEAD OF ME AND BEING OPEN TO CONTINUOUS LEARNING + DEVELOPMENT .

This is a non-negotiable. I would not be where I am without hiring coaches and mentors who were where I wanted to be to guide me. You don't scale a million dollar business in 3 years by doing it alone. Play a BIG and long term game. Heal your money shit.


One of the best pieces of advice I've ever gotten: If you want to have 10K days in - normalize 10K days out. Want 50k days in - normalize 50K days out.
